The Times reported on its Web site Wednesday that a material poosted on the personal website of Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, included a photo of naked women on all fours painted to look like cows and video of a half-dressed man playing vividly with a farm animal.
The judge also told the newspaper he did not believe the material was obscene and it should be referred as art.
